I have been trying out Go GaGa's Slide Diaper bag, http://www.gogagalife.com/slide.aspx, for the past week. This is the first diaper bag that I am loving. The first day it was in my apartment it was a hit. My husband said he would carry it/use it (he is the type that hated when he had to hold my diaper bag) and my son was loading his cars up in it...so they both approved. I was waiting to see. I do not use diaper bags very much. I have been looking for one that does not dig in and leave marks on my shoulder, one that would not slide off my shoulder, one that was spacey but not huge, and one that I could use without the baby around. The slide fit all my qualifications. What I love about it is when you first see it, it looks small, but it is perfect size. One day I fit in my sneakers, an extra outfit for me, makeup, my ipod, and a fleece sweatshirt. It was heavy but did not dig into my shoulders. I used it in the rain and my things inside did not get wet. I carried it on my shoulder while running after David at the playground and it did not swing all over and get in my way, it was comfortable. The shoulder strap is great because when the bag felt heavier i would make the strap wider and it made it easier to carry. The bag has two bottle pockets on the sides which were great. My son was able to get his water out and I found it convenient that I could pull his or my water out while on the move.
Overall the bag came with me to the playground, in the rain, to the gym, to the doctors office, and everywhere i went. I never had one complaint. Everything they said it will do, it does. I got many compliments on the street about it. I spoke with Jill, the founder of Go GaGa, and thought she was very sweet, nice, and easy to deal with. I think that as a company they will always try to serve the customer the best that they can.
